阿富汗反对派领袖阿卜杜拉宣布参选总统 Oct 1st 2013, 13:04, by noreply@voanews.com (美国之音) 阿富汗著名反对派领袖阿卜杜拉·阿卜杜拉宣布他将参加明年的阿富汗总统选举。   担任过外交部长的阿卜杜拉2006年被总统卡尔扎伊解职。他星期二进行了候选人登记，参加定于明年4月5日举行的总统选举。阿卜杜拉曾在2009年与卡尔扎伊争夺总统职位，但在决选之前退出竞选。   卡尔扎伊已经连任两届总统，依照法律不能三连任。   明年的选举被视为是关系到阿富汗未来的关键举措。明年北约将完成从阿富汗的撤军。   星期日是登记参加明年阿富汗总统选举的最后期限。 fullrss.net
